  • How often do I need to replace the brush heads on my toothbrush?

    For hygienic use, the brush heads should be replaced every 6-8 weeks. In exceptional cases, for example after an illness, you should change them even more regularly. Our iX sonic electric toothbrush has colored indicator bristles that show you the degree of wear. As soon as the bristle tips have lost their color, it's time to change the brush head!

  • Which toothbrushes are the brush heads compatible with?

    The brush heads are tailor-made for our iX sonic electric sonic toothbrush and are 100% compatible with it. In exceptional cases, the brush heads may also fit other commercially available sonic toothbrushes. However, we recommend using them with the original smile secret® toothbrush, as the bristles are precisely adapted to the vibrations of our iX sonic electric toothbrush for an ideal brushing result.
